How will we locate our driver after the flight arrives?
Your driver will meet you at the exit from the customs hall, inside the airport terminal. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.
The airport terminal can be very crowded. If you cannot locate your driver, please contact him immediately on his cell phone, or us on any of the telephone numbers which we will give you when we confirm your booking. We and/or the driver can then arrange an easy meeting point for you in the terminal.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights. It does not matter how delayed your flight is, (within reason), we will know about it. Our purpose is to get you to your destination when you do arrive, without fuss. If at all possible, your named driver will still be waiting for you in the arrivals hall.
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will normally wait 60 minutes for you after your flight has landed and before he makes any enquiries. He will check with the information desk and page your name. He will wait a further 15 minutes for you before he leaves the terminal. We strongly recommend that you call us if you think it will take more than one hour to leave customs, so that we can tell the driver to wait for you.
How long does the journey take from my airport to my destination?
Each airport to destination time varies depending on which day of the week the journey is made, what time of day the journey is made, and the current traffic conditions. We will give you our best advice on timings when we answer your initial enquiry. If necessary, we will review and revise that advice right up to the last minute and keep you informed.
Can your office contact the driver while he is in the airport terminal or driving?
Yes we are in contact with all of our drivers as each carries a cell phone. You will also be aware of your driver's cell phone number, as it will be given to you when we confirm your booking.
Do you offer other transfers apart from airport trips?
Yes. We specialise in transfers for individuals or small groups, to and from Airports, Cruise Terminals, Towns, Cities, Holiday Parks, Sports Venues and Business Conventions, anywhere in the UK. What methods of payment are acceptable?
